This is an ink drawing of Lucy's a neighborhood bar (dive) in OB.  The bar is known for it's hot female bartenders that serve good drinks at a good price.  If you are a football fan this is the spot for Monday Night Football when free food is served.  I used a Black Bic ballpoint pen to create the image and I drew it from photographic reference.
